Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, created and filed with Santa Barbara County over 40 years ago, are attached to each lot within Foxenwood Estates. If you are currently a homeowner, or wish to become one, please familiarize yourself with them. They are intended to keep home values at a high level, which protects your investment.
